Cat breeds classified as hybrids were created by mating parents from various species. All common cat breeds, as opposed to hybrids, are descended from members of the same species: felines (Felis catus or Felis silvestris catus).
A domestic cat and a member of a wild cat species are crossed to create hybrids of the two species.
The Far Eastern forest cat’s F1 and F2 hybrids will be discussed in this article. When a Bengal cat and a domesticated Far Eastern forest cat were crossed, they first surfaced in 2015.

Kittens of the F1 generation were produced by crossing an FFC with a Bengal cat. Crossing this species is still being worked on.

To begin with, these cats are among the cleanest in the world. Their pristine nature stems from the genes of their wild ancestor, DLK. The Far Eastern Forest Cat is extremely cautious and hard to spot in the wild. He tries to avoid leaving smells behind, goes to the restroom in reservoirs, and leads a reclusive life.
Second, let’s talk about size. More than any domestic cat, DLK F1. Males can grow up to 1.4 meters in length overall. Males can weigh up to 18 kg and reach a height of 45 cm at the withers. Additionally, as winter approaches, DLCs gain weight and grow more hair.
Thirdly, DLCs are extremely intelligent. They are trainable and capable of carrying out basic instructions. They have the ability to observe and retain people’s behaviors, such as opening doors or boxes and reaching difficult-to-reach objects.
Fourthly, DLK never behave aggressively toward people or other household animals—that is, if they are not in danger. The DLC typically has a unique bond with its owner; much like dogs, these cats grow quite attached to a single person. They are incredibly devoted!
DLK hybrids have no fear of water at all. They frequently climb into basins or bathtubs filled with water, especially when they’re hot. The F-generation hybrids from DLK have a very varied vocal repertoire; they can hiss, snort, low purr, and occasionally even "snort" to convey a variety of emotions. They don’t purr or meow.

A Bengal male and an F1 female cat are mated to create an F2 generation hybrid from DLK.
Note:
The first three F1–F3 generations of Bengal cats descended from the DLK (Far Eastern Forest Cat) are not allowed to compete in rings or shows at cat shows! They are necessary to diversify the breed’s lines, enhance its health, and enhance the breed type! The only generation from DLC that will be able to win rings and shows, receive ratings and titles at cat shows, is F4!
These generations of FEMALE cats—F1, F2, F3, F4, and so on—give birth to kittens without any issues! There is no way to get kittens from males in the F1 and F2 generations; they are sterile (fertile)!
Male kittens in the F3 generation are now becoming fertile and are able to mate with Bengal girls in the F1, F2, F3, and F4 generations of the SBT.

DLC F1 and F2 hybrids are rare breeds of cats produced through mating domestic cats with wild cats, like the Asian leopard cat or serval, to produce exotic and frequently eye-catching pets. These hybrids, particularly the F1 and F2 generations, exhibit behavior and appearance traits that are a combination of wild and domestic, necessitating special attention and knowledge. They can be fascinating and beautiful creatures, but because of their independent and energetic nature and possible legal restrictions in some places, they might not be appropriate for every household. The secret to giving them a happy and healthy home is to understand their needs.
